Bob is a native Southern Californian, raised in Whittier and North Orange County. He has been a leader since first being elected to executive office by his pears at 16. At 16 Bob was hired by a Whittier contractor to draw house plans and obtain permits. He proceeded to obtain an AA in Architecture and a BS degree in City and Regional Planning from the School of Architecture and Urban Design at Cal Poly SLO. Bob was a City Planner with the Cities of Newport Beach and Upland. He has also been a developer and a Real Estate Broker before entering into the practice of the law in 1997. Bob is a Past President of the Upland Chamber of Commerce and the BIA Riverside Chapter. He is knowledgeable about nearly every aspect of real estate from Code enforcement to mortgages, land use and development to complex transactional issues and from easements to environmental clean up.
